I cannot believe it is already 2015! I am certainly looking forward to what this year has to bring. And while I am anything but a winter person (far from it really), there are a few details that come along with this cold, harsh season that I actually like. One of those being oysters and of course the always anticipated oyster roast. A lowcountry oyster roast is definitely a fun affair and certainly a fashionable one.
